THE APARTMENTS and BUSINESS FLOOR
There are four apartments, one apartment on the upper-front of the building, and three apartments at the base of the building.

Each of the apartments is modern in design, completely contained, with its own thermostat, electrical baseboard system. There are baseboard electric heaters in each room along with thermostats in each room. ALL UTILITIES ARE PAID FOR BY THE TENANT.

The bathrooms all have modern fixtures, flush toilets, modern vanity with sink, overhead vanity lighting system, and seamless shower, bathroom enclosures.

The flooring is a beautifully designed vinyl and linoleum.

Each apartment has modern electric stoves and refrigerators.

Each apartment is wired for cable TV and telephone service.

The quality of our tenants over the last number of years has been exceptional, therefore there is virtually no ‘wear and tear’ in any of the apartments.

The apartments in the base of the building are structurally composed of concrete wall up three feet, then wood post and beam up to seven feet.

THE BUSINESS FLOOR

The business floor is approximately 2000 sq. ft. in size, the area is carpeted and beautifully finished. There are two washrooms, an air conditioning system which also serves as a heating unit in cold weather, and a beautiful patio deck on the front and side of the building.

THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM (400 amp. service)

All electrical meters and systems are housed in a room specified as an ‘electrical room’, fully self contained and isolated from any other area of the building. The system is three phase and was installed when the new addition was built.

The intention at that time was for a restaurant and bakery, and laundromat. The system therefore installed had to meet every demand for any type of business operation along with the heating system of the building.
